Haydeen Netheln Phillips, age 87 of Cedartown, GA, passed away Friday, June 6th at Floyd Medical Center.
Funeral services will be 3:PM Monday, June 9th at Perry Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Jo Lane Kirk officiating; burial will follow in Northview Cemetery in Cedartown, GA. The family will receive friends from 1 until 3:PM Monday.
Pallbearers include Jason Truett, Derek Phillips, Taylor Truett, Matt Truett, Hunter Akers, Steve Phillips.
Survivors include her husband, Jay Phillips; son, Roger Phillips of Cedartown, GA; daughter, Joyce Truett of Cedartown, GA; brother, Clayton Smith of Calhoun, GA; sister, Evelyn Henegar of Anniston; 3 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; 1 great great granddaughter.
Mrs. Phillips was a native of Cherokee County, the daughter of the late Tom and Elvie Kelley Smith and was a member of Little Cedar Methodist Church.
