After being snowed in for a few days, what could be better than hot pancakes and sausage?
On Saturday, the Sam Dixon Masonic Lodge #218 held its traditional Pancake Breakfast.
We spoke with Jason Cambron, who is a Master at the lodge. and asked why he gets up early on a Saturday morning to cook pancakes.
The Masonic Lodge helps the Nettie King Brown Clearing House each Christmas. They also fund scholarships and assist area residents who are going through a hardship.
Cambron says he was happy with Saturday’s turnout, adding it appeared to be bigger than last years.
For just five dollars, you could get all you can eat pancakes along with sausage and a drink during Saturday’s breakfast.
