A local author was on hand at the Cherokee County Historical Museum in Centre for a special book-signing event this Saturday

Greg Locklear has teamed up with Gary Hardin to write the book entitled “He Is All I Need” which takes the 23rd Psalm and applies it to everyday situation faced by people in current times.

Locklear says each verse of the 23rd psalm deals with a need that is met – whether it’s the peace that we need in life, the protection that we need, the supply of things we all need to survive on a day-to-day basis – it is all provided by the lord.

The book also includes a bonus section providing questions for personal and small-group study.

Locklear is the pastor of New Prospect Baptist Church #2 here in Cherokee County while Hardin is a retired pastor living in Alabama.
