Collinsville (11-7-7) recorded their second post-season shutout on Tuesday when the Panthers blanked Faith Christian 9-0. On Saturday, Collinsville scored a 10-0 victory over Donoho.
The Panthers will host a third round game against Oneonta (13-6-1) on Saturday.
The Redskins edged Susan Moore 2-1. Collinsville has reached the state quarter-finals of the AHSAA 1A-4A classification in each of the last two years.
