One person was fatally injured in a single-vehicle wreck, occurring just across the state line in Chattooga County, Georgia, Monday night.
According to Sheriff Mark Schrader, the man has been identified as 26 year old Cody Payton Johnson of a Menlo address.
Early reports from the Georgia State Patrol indicated that Johnson lost control of his vehicle on Oak Hill Road and was ejected on impact.
