A Cloudland man was hurt in a single-vehicle accident, occurring Thursday night on DeKalb County Road 89.

According to the accident report, that wreck took place at 7:45pm around six miles north of Mentone and involved a 2007 Chevrolet being driven by 52 year old David Crider.

No additional information regarding the extent of his injuries was available; that report did note however, that he was wearing his seat belt at the time.

The cause of that accident remains under investigation.
