Mr. Troy Wilkerson age 78 of Centre passed away Monday May 4th in Dalton Ga.
Funeral services will be 1 PM Wednesday May 6th at Perry Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Scott Hosey officiating, burial will follow in Walkers Chapel Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 11 AM until 1 PM Wednesday.
Pallbearers will be friends.
Survivors include chosen son and daughter, Anthony and Patricia Kendrick of Dalton Ga.; sister, Nellie Faye Parker of Sand Rock; special friend, Jean Hall of Cedar Bluff; chosen grandchildren, Robert (Gracie) Kendrick of Greenback, Tn., Jason (Angel) Kendrick of Trion, Ga. and Haley Kendrick of Dalton, Ga.; chosen great-grandchildren, Brysen, Jase and Kinley Kendrick; several nieces and nephews.
Mr. Wilkerson was preceded in death by his wife, Louise Wilkerson; brothers, Leon Wilkerson and Calvin Wilkerson; sister, Naomi Gower.
Mr. Wilkerson was a native of Dekalb County and the son of the late Joseph M. and Laura V. Payne Wilkerson and a member of the Rahmah Baptist Church.
