In the arrest files for the previous 24 hours:
Jana Tucker, age 22 of Centre, was arrested by the Centre Police Department on a charge of 3rd degree domestic violence.
Kenyon Jones, age 30 of Centre, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear on three previous charges.
Arrests are based on probable cause; all persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Currently, there are a total of 86 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
