HOKES BLUFF– The first Loblolly Fest comes to The Bluff Amphitheater on Saturday, Oct. 17, with a lineup featuring Drake White, Randy Houser, The Marshall Tucker Band and Kassi Ashton.
Gates open at 1 p.m., and music begins between 2 and 2:30 p.m. The amphitheater is at 1820 U.S. Highway 278 East in Hokes Bluff, with a Gadsden mailing address.
Hokes Bluff native White is bringing the festival to his hometown. Organizers describe the inaugural gathering as a celebration of live music, Southern hospitality and community.
The event also has a charitable purpose. According to the official ticket listing, a portion of proceeds will benefit White’s Benefit for the Brain.
Tickets and Seating
Tickets are available through iTickets, which currently lists general admission at $85.77. A four-ticket package also offers admission at $64.85 per ticket when purchased as a set.
Those prices include required ticketing fees, although applicable taxes may be additional. An advance parking add-on costs $14 per vehicle.
The festival uses general-admission seating. However, seats are first come, first served and cannot be reserved or guaranteed.
Seating is behind the standing-room area near the stage. Guests may also bring lawn or stadium chairs, but must remove them from carrying bags during security screening.
Before You Go
The festival’s ticket page lists the outdoor event as rain or shine. It also requires clear bags and prohibits weapons, including pocketknives, and outside food and beverages.
Attendees should check the official festival page for updates before traveling. For additional information, contact the venue at info@thebluffal.com.
