Terrence Jones, age 37 of Gadsden, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of public intoxication

Anthony Santos, age 20 of Sandy Springs, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of 2nd degree unlawful possession of marijuana and the unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

Elpidio Barboza, age 21 of Tucker, Georgia, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of the violation of the prohibition law.

Regina Rogers, age 67 of Cedar Bluff, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a grand jury indictment for 1st degree theft by deception.

Tyler Stubbs, age 35 of Centre, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of 2nd degree unlawful possession of marijuana and the unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

Thomas Williams, age 51 of Centre, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of resisting arrest, aggravated assault police strong arm, and assault with bodily fluids.

Jose Sandoval-Ruiz, age 54 of Lake City, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of the violation of the prohibition law, the unlawful possession of a controlled substance, and the unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

Vicente Garcia, age 36 of Norcross, Georgia, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of the violation of the prohibition law.

Anthony Totherow, age 36 of Leesburg, was arrested by the Leesburg Police Department on a charge of 1st degree sodomy.

Arrests are based on probable cause; all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Currently, there are a total of 101 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
