BOAZ – The Sand Rock Lady Wildcats went 1-3 in the Boaz Volleyball Invitational Round Robin on Saturday. They defeated Coosa Christian (25-11, 25-17), then lost to Boaz (15-25, 14-25), Cherokee County (19-25, 25-11, 11-15) and Cullman (16-25, 17-25).

For the day, Emma Sipsy collected 20 kills, 35 digs, two blocks and two aces. Molly Grace Lay posted 20 kills and 27 digs. Aubie Camp contributed 35 digs. Addisyn McMichen managed 10 kills and three aces.

Alyvia Browder came away  six kills and seven blocks.  Taylyn Warren had five kills. Maddie Clanton added 55 assists, four blocks and four aces. Macy Martin delivered 23 digs and five aces. Paitlyn Hughes finished with four kills.

Sand Rock hosts Collinsville on Monday in an area match.
