In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:

Russell Maxwell, age 62 of Centre, was arrested by the Centre Police Department for failure to appear on four previous charges.

Justin Bushard, age 34 of Pinson, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of probation violation and for failure to appear on two previous charges.

Eric Virta, age 33 of Cartersville, Georgia, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of fugitive from justice and attempting to elude a police officer.

Stevie Aderholt, age 64 of Centre, was arrested by the Centre Police Department on a charge of public intoxication.

Jerry Bruce, age 58 of Centre, was arrested by the Leesburg Police Department on a charge of driving under the influence.
