CENTRE – Tates Chapel Baptist Church will celebrate its 140th anniversary on Sunday, Sept. 27.
The anniversary service will begin at 10:30 a.m. Former members, visitors, and members of the community are invited to attend.
A potluck meal will follow the service, allowing those attending to share food and fellowship while marking the church’s milestone.
Tates Chapel Baptist Church is located at 2760 County Road 26 in Centre. The church has also welcomed the public to other special worship services and community gatherings.
