In reversal, Trump says he hasn’t ‘agreed to’ grant Ukraine licenses to produce Patriot missiles

(WASHINGTON) — President Donald Trump appeared to reverse course on his offer earlier this month to license Ukraine to produce Patriot missiles, saying during a Friday Cabinet meeting that “we have not agreed to that.”
