A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, August 2, 2026, at the Cherokee Memorial Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends from 12:00 p.m. until the hour of service at the funeral home.
Survivors include his aunts, Debbie White, Sheila (Bobby) Flynt, Kay Miller; special cousins, Jessica and Brandon Sexton, and Amanda Harkins; special niece, Shelby Bullard. Several other friends and family members also survive.
Mr. Bullard’s favorite hobby was fishing. He also enjoyed trading, baseball cards, and antiques. In his downtime, he would play different games- from PlayStation games to games on his phone.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Shelby Bullard; brother, Marcus Bullard; aunts, Patsy Sexton and Brenda Whitmire; grandparents, Lorene “Nanny” Bullard and Girdine “Pawpaw” Bullard; close friend, Linda Heard.
The family requests no flowers. Memorial donations may be made directly to the family.
