SOUTHSIDE- LifeSouth Community Blood Centers will host a blood drive Tuesday, July 7, at Southside City Hall.
The blood drive will run from 8:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.
Organizers say each donation can help patients in need. Donors will receive a free $25 e-gift card and a LifeSouth T-shirt as a thank you.
Donors must be at least 16 years old, weigh at least 110 pounds, and show a photo ID. Sixteen-year-old donors must have written permission from a parent or guardian.
LifeSouth also says free TRT phlebotomy will be available during the event.
Community members are encouraged to stop by Southside City Hall and help save lives through blood donation.
