In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:
Jonathan Nicholson, age 39 of Centre, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of 2nd degree escape and for failure to appear on two previous charges.
Arrests are based on probable cause; all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Currently, there are a total of 93 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
