Looking for a great way to celebrate America’s 250th Birthday? The Cherokee Chamber of Commerce announces that patriotic fun, fireworks and food can be found at several local events during the holiday weekend.
July 3rd the 411 Drive-In in Centre will present a night of patriotic music, family fun, and a fireworks display during intermission. Gates will open at 5:30 pm with admission $20 per car.
Bay Springs Marina in Centre hosts their fireworks show July 3rd starting at 8:45 pm. Bring your lawn chairs.
Little River Marina in Cedar Bluff will offer waterslides, music, other family activities, and lakeside fun at their July 3rd Family Celebration. Stick around after dark for their fireworks display.
Indian Mountain ATV Park in Piedmont hosts Freedom Fest July 2-5. The celebration will feature fireworks, racing, a fishing competition, night rides, waterslides, camping, and vendors throughout the weekend.
Liberty Day at the Cedar Bluff Town Park begins July 4th at 9:00 am and continues all day long. The festivities start at 9:00 am and continue all day long! Enjoy a car show, vendors, live music, inflatables, a petting zoo, and family activities. The day concludes with their fireworks display after dark over the lake.
