LEESBURG — A two-vehicle accident was reported in Leesburg on Memorial Day after one vehicle hydroplaned on Highway 411, according to the Leesburg Police Department.

The crash occurred Monday, May 25, at approximately 5:30 p.m. on Highway 411. Authorities said one vehicle hydroplaned, struck a guardrail, and then collided with a second vehicle.

Officers with the Leesburg Police Department responded to the scene. Those involved in the accident declined transport to the hospital at the time, telling authorities they planned to seek medical treatment on their own.
