CEDAR BLUFF — The Cedar Bluff Fire Department is once again firing up the smoker for a community fundraiser, offering pre-sale Boston butts to help support the department’s ongoing efforts.

Residents now have the opportunity to purchase a Boston butt for 35 dollars through a pre-sale campaign running through June 29, 2026.

According to information released by the department, pre-ordered Boston butts will be available for pickup on Saturday, July 4, beginning at 8 a.m. at the Cedar Bluff Fire Department.

Department officials encourage community members to place orders early to help support local firefighters and the services they provide to the Cedar Bluff community.

The fundraiser serves as an opportunity for residents to support their local fire department while also picking up a holiday meal just in time for Independence Day celebrations.
