SAND ROCK – Sand Rock cross country runner Jazz Davidson signed with Northeast Alabama Community College in Rainsville on Wednesday. She becomes the seventh Wildcat cross country athlete to compete at the college level.

Davidson ran the past two years for Coach Mark Yoder at Sand Rock, including the Wildcats’ sectional champion team and Class 2A state runner-up cross country team this year.

“We are truly excited for her to be one of our seven athletes to compete at the college level,” Yoder said. “Coach (John) Moore from Northeast is an amazing coach and has a great program going on. I think she will have fun and be very successful with him.”
