In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:

Roxie Davenport, age 41 of Boaz, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of probation revocation.

Timothy Matthews, age 59 of Centre, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of probation revocation.

Heather Bray, age 44 of Centre, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of the unlawful possession of a controlled substance and the unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

Arrests are based on probable cause; all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Currently, there are a total of 77 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
