GERALDINE — District Attorney Summer Summerford recently visited fourth-grade students at Geraldine High School to discuss the importance of making positive decisions and understanding how everyday choices can have a lasting impact on both individual lives and the people around them.
During her visit, Summerford spoke with students about personal responsibility, character, and the power of making good choices at an early age. The discussion focused on how decisions can shape future opportunities while also influencing classmates, family members, and the broader community.
In addition to addressing the students, Summerford also presented the “Power of 1 Award” to four fourth-grade students recognized for consistently demonstrating kindness, helpfulness, and positivity toward others throughout the school year.
