In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:

Justin Godfrey, age 35 of Centre, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a revoked bond and a for failure to appear on two previous charges.

Jaclyn Derochea, age 48 of Hokes Bluff, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear on two previous charges.

Amanda Davis, age 46 of Cedartown, Georgia, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear on a previous charge.

Jacob Poole, age 31 of Piedmont, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear on a previous charge.

Arrests are based on probable cause; all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Currently, there are a total of 81 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
