In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:

Jacob Poole, age 31 of Piedmont, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear on a previous charge.

Raymond Brand, age 57 of Centre, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of conditional release violation.

Branden Salas, age 36 of Rome, Georgia, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of attempting to elude.

Arrests are based on probable cause; all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Currently, there are a total of 84 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
