In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:

Brandon Henderson, age 31 of Lyerly, Georgia, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear on three previous charges.

Morgan Baker, age 42 of Cedar Bluff, was arrested by the Cedar Bluff Police Department for failure to appear on a previous charge.

William Culpepper, age 18 of Centre, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of driving under the influence.

Arrests are based on probable cause; all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Currently, there are a total of 82 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
