Judson Edward, age 43 of Gadsden, was arrested by the Leesburg Police Department on a charge of driving under the influence.

Christopher McGatha, age 38 of Fort Payne, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of conditional release violation.

Bobby Langley, age 47 of Gaylesville, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of conditional release violation.

Bridgett Brooks, age 39 of Centre, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of conditional release violation.

Kylin Williams, age 31 of Rome, Georgia, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of conditional release violation.

Jessica Stump, age 44 of Cedar Bluff, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of conditional release violation.

April White, age 43 of Centre, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a court order.

Stacy Roach, age 39 of Leesburg, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a court order.

Carl Harrelson, age 22 of Kingston, Georgia, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of 2nd degree criminal mischief and 3rd degree criminal trespass.

Arrests are based on probable cause; all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Currently, there are a total of 82 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
