In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:

Cindy Cantu, age 38 of Kingston, Georgia, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on two counts of bond revocation as well as for failure to appear on a previous charge.

Kristi Williams, age 39 of Centre, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a grand jury indictment for 2nd degree financial exploitation of the elderly.

Jason Robertson, age 30 of Alabama City, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of two counts of the unlawful possession of a controlled substance and the unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, as well as for failure to appear on a previous charge.

Arrests are based on probable cause; all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Currently, there are a total of 78 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
