Cherokee County High School to Host Annual Plant Sale

CENTRE— The Cherokee County High School Agriculture Department will host its annual spring plant sale beginning Saturday, April 4, offering a variety of plants to the public while supporting local agricultural education programs.
The sale will take place at the Cherokee County High School greenhouse, located at 910 Warrior Drive in Centre, from 7 a.m. until noon on opening day.
Following the kickoff event, the greenhouse will remain open to the public during the week beginning April 6. Sales will be held Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. until 2 p.m.
A variety of plants will be available for purchase, including vegetable and bedding plants sold for $5 per six-pack or $25 per flat. Shoppers will also find a selection of ferns and hanging flower baskets available while supplies last.
Proceeds from the sale will benefit the Cherokee County High School agriculture program and its students, helping support hands-on learning opportunities and agricultural education initiatives.
