Free McWane STEM Camp Set for April 18 in Anniston

ANNISTON — Local students will have the opportunity to explore science and technology in a hands-on environment during the upcoming McWane STEM Camp, scheduled for Saturday, April 18, 2026, at the Anniston City Meeting Center.
The free event, presented by McWane in partnership with Acastemics, M&H Valve, Tyler Union and the City of Anniston, will take place from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. at the meeting center located at 1615 Noble Street.
Designed to engage and inspire young learners, the camp will focus on science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) through interactive projects aimed at sparking curiosity and creativity. Organizers say participants will gain hands-on experience while learning fundamental STEM concepts in a fun and educational setting.
