In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:

Christopher Stubbs, age 53 of Centre, was arrested by the Centre Police Department on charges of certain persons forbidden to possess a firearm, the unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, and 2nd degree unlawful possession if marijuana.

Arrests are based on probable cause; all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Currently, there are a total of 78 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
