In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:

Timothy White, age 50 of Cedar Bluff, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear on a previous charge.

Nicholas Schilleci, age 26 of Collinsville, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear on two previous charges.

Shay Smith, age 30 of Gadsden, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of 2nd degree making terrorist threat and harassing communications, as well as for failure to appear on two previous charges.

Arrests are based on probable cause; all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Currently, there are a total of 84 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
