Cherokee County Arrest Files for Friday, January 16

In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:

Amanda Bradley, age 30 of Gaylesville, was arrested by the Centre Police Department for failure to appear on three previous charges.

Edward Sexton, age 32 of Centre, was arrested by the Leesburg Police Department on charges of the unlawful possession of a controlled substance, the unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, and 2nd degree unlawful possession of marijuana, as well as for failure to appear on a previous charge.

Jorge Morales, age 38 of Leesburg, was arrested by the Leesburg Police Department on two charges of revoked bond.

Teia Beach, age 38 of Centre, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of 2nd degree hindering prosecution.

Johnathan Butler, age 39 of Centre, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of certain persons forbidden to possess a firearm, 2nd degree unlawful possession of marijuana, the unlawful possession of a controlled substance, and use or possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia, as well as for failure to appear on three previous charges.

Jimmy Roland, age 56 of Cedar Bluff, was arrested by the AL Pardon & Parole on a charge of probation violation.

Arrests are based on probable cause; all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Currently, there are a total of 86 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
