Family Resource Festival Set for January 31 in Cherokee County

Centre- Families across Cherokee County are invited to attend the Family Resource Festival on Saturday, January 31, 2026, at the Richard Lindsey Arena on the Gadsden State Community College Cherokee Campus.

The event will take place from 9:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. and is designed to connect families with helpful local resources while offering a fun and welcoming environment for all ages.

The festival will feature inflatables and games for children, free food, and free haircuts. Organizers say the event is intended to provide meaningful support and information to families, while also offering opportunities for recreation and community connection.

The Family Resource Festival is presented through the Cherokee County Full Circle initiative in partnership with the Children’s Policy Council, which works to support children and families through coordinated services and outreach.

Admission is free, and the entire family is encouraged to attend.
