ALBERTVILLE – Asbury’s Blake Hillis hit a buzzer-beating shot past half court, lifting the Rams to a 60-59 boys basketball victory over Collinsville on Tuesday.
Hillis led the Rams with 18 points. His final shot gave the Rams their only lead of the game.
Sylas Adams led the Panthers with 26 points. Bentley Jones tossed in 12 points.
Collinsville led 19-11 at the end of the first quarter and 28-24 at halftime. The Panthers held a 41-39 edge at the end of the third quarter.
Collinsville (2-1) hosts Sylvania on Friday.
