In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:
Juan Gearin, age 20 of Gaylesville, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of the unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, resisting arrest, 3rd degree escape, and 2nd degree assault.
Arrests are based on probable cause; all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Currently, there are a total of 104 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
