Revette Physical Therapy & Sports Performance Celebrates Grand Opening in Centre

CENTRE, Ala. — The Cherokee County Chamber of Commerce hosted a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Tuesday, November 4, for Revette Physical Therapy & Sports Performance, a new physical therapy and athletic performance clinic located at 1504 Chesnut Bypass in Centre.

Owned and operated by Kaitlyn and Blake Revette, the clinic focuses on intentional, personalized, and skilled physical therapy services, along with specialized strength and conditioning programs to help patients move better, feel better, and return to the activities they enjoy.

The ceremony brought out Chamber members and board members, elected officials, local athletes, current clients, and the Revette family and friends. Joy Perry and Leeann Lockridge welcomed those attending and introduced speakers for the event. After remarks, attendees stepped outside for the official ribbon cutting.

A Local Couple Bringing Care Home

Kaitlyn Revette, a Cherokee County native and former Cherokee County High School softball player, shared with attendees the journey leading to the practice’s opening. She has worked in physical therapy locally and in Rainbow City since 2020 and expressed appreciation for the opportunity to open her own clinic in her home community.

The practice has been open and seeing patients prior to the ceremony, allowing time for equipment setup and preparation ahead of the official ribbon-cutting. The facility has remained busy since beginning operations and continues to accept new patients.

Revette is a physical therapist who completed her undergraduate and PT studies at the University of South Alabama. Her husband, Blake, who handles athletic training and strength development, attended the University of Southern Mississippi.
