Due to the threat of inclement weather on Friday, several high schools are moving their first-round football playoff games from Friday night to Thursday night.

Class 4A Cherokee County at Good Hope, Class 3A Piedmont hosting Phil Campbell, Class 2A Sand Rock at Red Bay, and Class 1A Spring Garden at Hackleburg, are all moving to Thursday night. Kickoff for those games still remains at 7 p.m.

As of this posting, Class 3A Collinsville at Colbert County is still on for Friday night.

Other statewide playoff games being moved to Thursday night:

Rogers at Geraldine
Glencoe at Winfield
Ashville at Hamilton
Winston County at Pleasant Valley
Ragland at Addison
Arab at Fairview
North Sand Mountain at Lexington
West Point at Scottsboro
