Rome Police Seek Help Locating Missing Woman

The Rome Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing woman.

Fifty-year-old Amy Powell was last heard from between August 26th and September 1st, 2025, and has not been in contact with her family since that time. She is described as 5 feet 5 inches tall, weighing approximately 160 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes.

Authorities say Powell may be traveling in a black 2015 Ford Fusion with Georgia tag number RGX9258.
