Gadsden Fire Department to Conduct Training at Noccalula Falls Park This Week

GADSDEN – The Gadsden Fire Department will be conducting training exercises at Noccalula Falls Park on Thursday, October 9, and Friday, October 10.

During these two days, residents and visitors may notice fire trucks and firefighters in the area as part of the department’s scheduled training operations. Officials want the public to be aware that these activities are part of routine training and there is no cause for concern.

Both the Gadsden Fire Department and Noccalula Falls Park staff issued the notice to prevent any unnecessary alarm among park visitors or nearby residents.

The training is part of the department’s ongoing effort to maintain readiness and ensure firefighters are well-prepared to respond to emergencies throughout the community.
