Albertville Man Arrested in Connection to 2024 Domestic Violence Case
Albertville-Marshall County investigators have arrested an Albertville man in connection with a domestic violence incident reported in late 2024.
According to the Marshall County Sheriff’s Office, investigators received information on September 17, 2025, regarding an incident that occurred in December 2024 at a residence in the 100 block of Henley Street in Albertville. After reviewing evidence and interviewing those involved, investigators obtained an arrest warrant on September 19.
That same day, deputies arrested 31-year-old Robert James Henry of Albertville at a residence on Fossett Road in Guntersville. Henry has been charged with Domestic Violence—Strangulation or Suffocation, a felony offense. He is being held in the Marshall County Jail on a $30,000 bond.

The Sheriff’s Office expressed its appreciation to the Marshall County District Attorney’s Office for their assistance in the case. Investigator Lana Bloxom is leading the investigation.
