Boaz Man Faces Multiple Child Sex Abuse Charges
BOAZ – A Boaz man is behind bars without bond after being charged with multiple counts of sexual abuse involving victims under the age of 12.
According to the Boaz Police Department, investigators began looking into allegations of sexual abuse on Monday, September 15. Two days later, on September 17, a felony warrant was issued for Marc Thomas Adrien Lavoie.

Lavoie faces two counts of first-degree rape, two counts of first-degree sodomy, two counts of incest, and two counts of sexual abuse of a child under the age of 12. He is currently being held at the Marshall County Jail with no bond.
