In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:

Bradley Staggs, age 41 of Gaylesville, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on 3rd degree domestic violence.

Michael Bates, age 32 of Gadsden, was arrested by an unnamed agency on unnamed charges.

Arrests are based on probable cause; all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Currently, there are a total of 91 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
