In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:

Joseph Jackson, age 52 of Gaylesville, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a court order.

Shirley Cooper, age 42 of Menlo, Georgia, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a court order.

Jessica Traylor, age 38 of Summerville, Georgia, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a court order.

Sherida Roberts, age 38 of Cartersville, Georgia, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of driving under the influence.

Arrests are based on probable cause; all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Currently, there are a total of 98 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
