Etowah County Sheriff’s Office Opens Newly Updated Enforcement Division Building
Etowah County, Ala. – Sheriff Jonathon Horton has announced the opening of the newly updated Enforcement Division Building for the Etowah County Sheriff’s Office, a project aimed at improving both efficiency and employee support while enhancing public safety services.
The facility includes offices for supervisors, a dedicated ACE Unit office, and a roll call and training room equipped with the latest technology to keep deputies current on training. It also features an upgraded kitchen area for staff use.
Sheriff Horton said the new building represents a significant step forward for the department.
“This new building marks another accomplishment of this term and another step forward in making sure our employees receive the upgrades they deserve,” Horton said. “Our deputies work tirelessly for the people of Etowah County, and it’s important that they have the tools and facilities they need to succeed.”
The Sheriff’s Office emphasized that the project is both an investment in its team and a commitment to the future of public safety in Etowah County.
