In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:

Michael Rollins, age 58 of Leesburg, was arrested by the Leesburg Police Department on a charge of driving under the influence.

Douglas Rithmire, age 60 of Cedar Bluff, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of revoked bond.

Arrests are based on probable cause; all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Currently, there are a total of 94 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
