Mr. James David Estes, age 76 of Centre passed away on Thursday, August 21, 2025.
A funeral service will be held Sunday, August 24, 2025 at 3:00PM in the chapel of Perry Funeral Home with Bro. Larry Garrard and Bro. Justin Morris officiating, entombment will follow in the Cherokee Memory Gardens Mausoleum. The family will receive friends from 1:00PM till time of service Sunday at the funeral home.
He is survived by his niece, Sarah Errera (Jason); sister-in-law, Freida Walker (Johnny); great niece & nephew, Eliza Errera and Jackson Cash Errera; Tates Chapel Baptist Church Adult #1 Sunday School Class.
Pallbearers will include Larry St. Clair, Jimmy St. Clair, Larry McDuff, John Ward, Thomas Puckett and Carl Brown. Honorary pallbearers will include Jerry Mackey, Jerry Richardson, Jeff Shaver and Mark Gossett.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Jack and Mary Dann Estes; brother, Jack Dan Estes and sister, Mary Jane.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial donations be made to Tates Chapel Baptist Church.
