Cedar Bluff Police and Fire Report for July

During the Cedar Bluff Town Council meeting on Monday afternoon, Police Chief Jeremy Stepps gave the department’s activity report for the month. They patrolled 4200 miles, issued 40 warnings, written 3 citations, made 1 felony arrest, 3 misdemeanor arrests, served 2 warrants, issued 25 incidence and offense reports, worked 39 hours of traffic overtime, and checked the businesses in the Town 8040 times. 

The Fire Department activity report was given by Chief Steven Kimmons with 1 building fire, 1 structure fire, assisted EMS on 13 medical calls, 1 motor vehicle accident with injuries, 2 motor vehicle accidents without injuries, 1 recreational water rescue, 1 electrical equipment incident, 2 calls for service, 5 false alarm calls, 1 windstorm  for a total of 29 calls.
