Wanda Chipman, age 54 of Cedar Bluff, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a court order.

Carole Plunkett, age 62 of Cedar Bluff, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of 2nd degree financial exploitation of the elderly.

Kobie Bray, age 22 of Centre, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a court order.
