Cave Spring Woman Charged in $100K+ Fraud Scheme Against Employer

CAVE SPRING, GA – A Cave Spring woman is facing multiple felony charges after investigators say she used company computers to steal more than $100,000 from her former employer.

Jennifer Lynn Hall has been charged with computer forgery, computer theft, and financial transaction card fraud in connection with a series of alleged offenses that took place between January 1, 2022, and July 23, 2025.

According to police reports, Hall was employed by Watters & Associates Landscaping during the time the fraudulent activity occurred. Authorities allege that she manipulated company computer systems to alter salary data and unlawfully divert $101,862.45 in company funds into her possession.

Investigators further claim that Hall misused a company-issued Sam’s Club financial transaction card to make unauthorized personal purchases, contributing to the total financial loss.

Law enforcement officials say the alleged scheme was uncovered through internal audits and a subsequent investigation. Hall has since been taken into custody, and the case is expected to proceed through the Floyd County court system.
